I have complained on these boards a number of times about tuning into Q2 and QVC and finding the exact same types of shows or the exact same product being aired on both stations at the same time.
Well I tuned in at about 3pm eastern and both had the TSV air fryer today. Then surfing channels again at 3:35 and both stations are still selling the TSV air fryer.
Q must have a ton of these to unload.
And one more time I'll ask it....what is the sense of having two channels if you are going to show the same thing at the same time on each one?
I simply don't get the reasoning. They should be trying to attract two different kinds of customers at the same time, instead they waste that time airing something on both of them.

QVC has an over-supply of Air Fryers!!!!!

What? You don't want an air fryer?
Instead of the worst programming on one channel, they now have the worst programming on three channels.

It's bad enough the Q has the same shows on constantly, now they show them on Q2 ! When I heard Q2 was going to be on I thought there would be new and different shows. Instead it's the same old stale repetition, same selling points, same chatter.
I think the Q needs a complete make over, new format and something different. I shop the Q online as it makes it easier for me rather than listen to the tiresome sales pitches, going through colors constantly and pushing easy pay. Maybe I'll buy a lavendar vacuum cleaner to go with my lavendar robe, will I be on trend!
If you add shopping channels and then put on the same shows it is poor decision making and planning in my opinion.

Once in a while, I turn on the Q - and hear the hosts/vendors yacking away. I tell them to SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!! On and on and on and on.

since I've been recovering from surgery I think in these past 10 days I've watched Q/Q2 more than the last year...that being said I wondered the same thing😳 In fact, I'm getting a little concerned "I'm even starting to believe the sales ploys - "hurry last call, can't guarantee it will be available, facial product will take years off, etc" I'm blaming it on the "pain meds"! Lol😌
But really doesn't every home need air fryer???😉 I can't recall but its becoming the same as Kuerig, Dyson, Shark, etc. Q just won't be happy til every home has one! (wish I could remember what last years big push was!)
Of course, I can change the channel and watch re-runs of the boring programming on HGTV or Food Network😉
Then 5 hrs of ITKWD - 2+ hours on Air Fryer!!!! pleeeeezzeeeee
PS: as I'm becoming a "shopping channel expert" 😳in case anyone is wondering it's no better on HSN or Evine...lol!😢

Having the same product shown on both channels at the same time is just plain stupid and a failure to make wise use of their resources. They could hang on to their audience by showing totally different products. Instead they lose 100% of the people who don't care about whatever is being sold.

I agree. I also dislike when I do tune in to one of the other "new" channels and it isn't live and then I've missed the OTO or daily deal, etc. I just quit watching the other two channels. QVC repeats everything too much. I try to enjoy ITKWD, but I'm fast forwarding through David going over the air fryer colors and the numbers left. (I have an air fryer and I love it.)

I agree with all of you. Two channels and same products over and over and over. Not only that , but I don't ever remember having the TV off because the hosts are so loud, making faces, pushing easy pay, running around like they are high on caffeine, etc. They really have few hosts that are watchable anymore.
