Yes, Niacin, B6 and other vitamins. They are all in my multi vitamin I take each day. 

The price was $16 at CVS. The product is a sham.

been taking Andrew Lessman hair skin and nails for I don't know probably 28 yrs or however long it's been around .  My hair is shiny , thick and holds color and highlights beautifully !   I know it's from his vitamins.  My natural nails grow practically overnight .  In fact had to cut them back yesterday as they were so long .  So I don't know I feel biotin along with the other minerals and B vitamins in this formula works for me anyways.

I am an Andrew Lessman fan. I do take the vutamins you mentioned. I love all his vitamins.

In defense of this product, need to clarify that it is not just Biotin. It contains a special soluable Keratin that is found on the wool on sheep in New Zealand. This is in lots of higher priced hair supplements including Joyce Giraud, but usually it is labeled as Cynatine, OMI is called something a bit different.  It is what makes this product pricey.

They all add something different and "special." Like Omega 6 for joints. They've added this special fish from New Zealand. Some Turmeric, some Circumin. 

It's the same with everything. Like cosmetics. All have found the miracle!
