Vendor is the more common word of course but I can't imagine anyone who doesn't know vendor is the word used to describe what is strangely all of a sudden an "OAP"!

Are you by any chance or were in the entertainment field? Now I'm curious where you got this phrase?

What about hosts?  It bugs me when they walk out of the camera shot when they were the focus.  Totally disorganized,  don't you people have producers in charge?  Or are these women just told, go ahead and have a ball?  Merchandise seems to be secondary.

When I finally decided OAP was on air presenter, i thought she meant host which still didn't  make sense.  Now the next day I return to the thread to find out it's a VENDOR!!!  And now the "Mensa" comment insulted my intelligence.   Lol.  I should have just skipped the topic.
