I do not know what Notifications are???

I mostly use my phone. So I tried searching for Notifications nothing.

Then I noticed at the very bottom of page it says

Version : Mobile / Full

I clicked on FULL and at the top right Notifications!! Mine shows 0

So does that mean if you have one that someone sent you a message or asked you a question?
