This is the second day where mine are no longer showing. I like to see them because it feels rude when I don't respond to someone responding to my posts/comments.

Yes mine says 0 which is fine because I never knew what the notifications were.  I never clicked on them.  But since you mentioned it I looked and it is now 0.  Lol I had quite a few.
