Not happy with QVC sending my purchase via regular snail mail instead of UPS

On Feb 28th, I ordered 10 tops and they are being sent to me one at a time via regular snail mail! I am still paying shipping rates the same as if shipped thru UPS, I am still waiting for the rest of my tops to come. If they were shipped UPS, I would already be wearing them!
