Why do people have to be so mean and cruel to people?

Most of you know better.   The original poster might have made a mistake between Lights and Nights but is there a need to shame her?  It's a shame everyone else is perfect.

@Teddixat. @Bonkers1.  When a poster makes rather absurd, unfounded claims or accusations, that person can expect and deserves critical responses.

By the way, Kim Gravel has also been selling garments made of Egyptian cotton accompied by a short video showing it growing in the fields.

You are missing the point.  People can be critical of products but being critical of the poster is extremely rude.  Read the posts.

Kachina's on to something. How are we supposed to react to questions about QVC products other than refer you back to the QVC guest or product page? We can't do anything about your complaint or instruct the hosts/guests what to say.

It is imperative that you watch the presentation in full and pay attention to the details. If you come on here not knowing the guest's name (Nancy Hornback, who has been on QVC since 2009) or the brand name (Northern Nights, which debuted on QVC in October 1993) it's not hard to believe that maybe you missed some other important information during the presentation.
