What is with these comments from people who do not want a label? I think this practice with QVC now is purposeful. In that it will be more of a hassle for customers that have either no printer or are OLDER and cannot navigate figuting this out.
I do not fall in those above categories but it its still a pain to have to return anything now and QVC corporate is sneaky in this in that it forces you to keep the item and they do not lose money.
QVC has another sneaky new practice in that if your item has been reduced in price in less than 30 days the poor agent is being forced to tell you they can only give a merchandise credit. Another way to force customers to spend more money. Nice corporate tricks lately. Really bad. I feel sorry for the customer service agents who are nce but have to hear the complaints.
