No pictures

am wondering if anyone is having this issue.pictures on my phone and tablet from the q,is not downloading.could it be in my settings?

All of a sudden, I have this same problem.  I tried using Safari, Firefox, and Chrome on my Macbook Air. I tried using my ipad and iphone.  NOTHING.  No pictures on any of them.  This has not been a problem before.
