@Bella2022 - The program guide listed Jane as host. Since she was hoarse and having trouble with her voice, I imagine Amy was her substitute.

I enjoy seeing Valerie with other certain hosts. I know, although she is gracious to any host she is paired with, she lights up when she is with some.

Didn't see the show, but I like Amy, and think she does her job well...but...everyone has their favs and not favs for various reasons here and always will. Fair enough. I do think her forte, and first love, is presenting fashion. Sounds like she was available for QVC and just filled in here.

I see that comment often about hosts saying this or that, like how many sold....they're being talked to by the producer in their ear constantly, and pretty sure, they are told to give those numbers, (also, probably constantly), as creating "urgency" to sell, sell sell IS her job. It's just the nature of the beast. These hosts can't win for losin' but they never read the boards anyway, I'm sure.

I like Amy but I found her comment, "Forgive me" a few times silly sounding.

I thought Amy did just fine—and she is not one of my favorite hosts. She did a nice job of expressing interest, staying engaged in spite of all the producer's updates that had to be shared, and allowing Valerie to fully describe key details without constant interruptions (and the latter is not always the case with Amy). Valerie and Amy had a good rapport throughout the show, enjoying fun moments and more serious/focused moments. I liked it all.

I had it on in the background. Amy was talking loud and fast. She filled in for Jane, and you could tell she was trying to overcompensate. She was out of her element doing this kind of show.  Valerie would have helped her float right through the show. It appeared she didn’t realize that and kept trying to get control.

She was a real mess with Harry. He could have helped her float too, but again she likes to be the center of attention, and hog the camera.  

Jane and Rick both let these vendors take over. Amy needs to go back to host school!
