I have spectrum and for some reason sometimes JTV will say channel not available and a few minutes later it will come on.  I had UPtv for free for the month of May, however sometimes it would say unavailable and a few minutes later it was fine.  Who knows what goes on.  I have had no issues with Q

The point is, we should not have to go without these channels since that's what we pay for.  And it wasn't just QVC.
