I put in lunchtime special got nothing .Tried the link given by sunshine 45 nothing .Not having much luck with QVC , just posted yesterday about no insider mag sent too

I saw them earlier today ... nothing special, but what's going on with their I.T. Department~!

Last evening, QVC's computer system was down, all orders were being written down on a piece of paper, then added to the computer later according to David V. during his show.   That would be tough if not using a Q-card.   Apparently those order entry people would be on overtime last night, "re-doing" all those orders.   QVC.com was not working either last evening.

I saw that too while flipping through channels last night.  No way do I want any orders going to "Paper orders" as David stated.  Who wants your personal info written on a piece of paper to be floating anywhere?  Not me.  I bet they lost alot of sales last night....but, it still isn't fixed properly.

I just ordered a couple of lunchtime specials about an hour ago, through automative ordering and received the total and order number, BUT...when I checked in on my account on the website, they did not show up as being ordered. 

I do not understand all the money spent in creating these new Q channels, but they can not have a decent website and ordering system here of late.  Makes me want to quit ordering all together.......
