I've been reading about this tragedy on line and the huge impact it will have on the community.  2,500 families will be effected.  massive loss of jobs, economy severely damaged. 300 were in the building and all but 1 accounted for.

Anyone complaining should be ashamed.

Hi @Caaareful Shopper  I did not mean to give that impression, i was referencing a comment in a previous comment which mentioned complaints about non receipt commencing.  

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to clarify. It was I premptive strike I guess in case anyone does.

I ordered 3 sets of the Luminara candles TSV for gifts and they all were shipping out of Rocky Fork NC.  Checked status and they actually left the warehouse the same day label was created and they arrived at my post office today.

I imagine the Q is having to do a quick review of all merchandise scheduled for live presentation and remove all items that ship from that location.

That fire was massive and is still burning in spots apparently.  How devastating for those folks who live and work down there.

Sounds like a big blow to the community and jobs.  What a terrible tragedy.  I hope they have accounted for the missing person.  So sad anytime, but especially at the holiday.  Prayers for the community and all the folks in Kentucky as well.  So sad to see Mayfield and Dawson Springs all but gone.  It’s heartbreaking.

I may have missed it, but the only fact I see in this thread is that there was a fire. I've seen nothing factually mentioned  about why no live programming on Q2. Everything is just forum speculation. Please correct me if I missed something.

Sounds like it was a huge warehouse, and they must have lost tons of merchandise- So sad... I wonder what caused the fire?

I also had some items ship from NC this week. Some D & Co pants and some earrings. In recent past, most of my things have shipped from there if they were not available on West Coast. I miss Q2 already. I watched a lot of fashion shows there. Can't imagine what will come with that huge facility gone. That was their biggest where house. Feel for the people who worked there.
