They need to fix their computer problem. I understand no invoice, but I want a Return Label. My time is as valuable as the Q's, so fix it! The Q serves thousands and this has gone on so long, it shouts "we don't care."

I do not currently have a printer.  So, I need to go to Staples to print anything that I need such as return labels for QVC.  A pain and added cost for me.  Thankfully I can return items to Amazon through my locaal Kohl's so don't need to worry about return labels for their orders.  I still wish that they would include paperwork with their orders.

Print them from your order screen. You can print a return label online too. Problem solved.

This is a new none return policy that QVC has put in place. NO labels, NO returns
