No Holiday Easy Pay???

I was wondering why my yearly two easy pay offers for the year did not come in the mail. I e-mailed QVC and got a response:

"We are sorry, all promotions are being done at random. We hope you receive promtions in the future."

I guess my shopping will be done on other websites now. Too bad this has happened, I USED to like shopping here!!
