SO funny, episode from 1988 where main character (can't post the name, begins with D and ends in K)and Stephanie cohost  a home shopping program. They had "sparkling cylindrical dimacron" which most likely is a parody of diamonique.

Bob Newhart did a great and hilarious job of playing a TV shopping host. 

Episode was just a couple years after the start of QVC.

@rockygems123  We watched that one the other day too.  We love that show and stream a couple episodes a night from Amazon Prime.  ****** was really funny in that episode...DW
