I would like to say thak you to the Q and especially their CS. I have had to return several itemsd due to many of my own problems. Yes, I put items on check hold just to be sure that is a good item for me. You would not believe the nugmber of times I have ordered clothing items that I already own. I am crazy over LOGO but have noticed her prices risin. Thank you CS and Q for always understanding!

GREAT POINT kittymomNC.......Just read some of the reviews, for example on Valerie's flameless candle that had words engraved on glass (it was the TSV), some reviews and threads said words were actually misspelled or ran into one another--And I agree with inconsistent sizing on clothing from the same manufacturer and measurements listed on the website are not always accurate---they listed a top as being 27 inches when it was actually 24...Where is their Quality Control!!!! And hosts go on and on about the "no questions asked 30 day return policy"......the questions are asked when you get a letter chastising you about too many returns....If QVC wants to reduce returns it starts with THEM and then QVC can go after the true return abusers (i.e. impulse buyers, or people that shop and figure out they can't afford it so they return it)...
BTW I have never received "the letter" but recently I have had to return more merchandise because it was defective.....I've reduced my Q shopping, but I still shop QVC but only a FEW brands that I trust .....
