Re: New Return Policy Using Label

@Pecky  I always use the return label and called CS today because I had not received any refund for wreaths and garlands that were returned, tracked and received over two weeks ago in the Florence, SC warehouse.   You got lucky.  I had to call CS to get my refund, because after 2 weeks, I still had none.

Happened to me a few weeks ago. I used QR code and went to post office. I tracked, pkg. and saw it got to the warehouse but it took 2 weeks to get the email saying it was processed. Meanwhile Order Status said refund processed the day I dropped it off, but it really wasn't processed then at all.

Re: New Return Policy Using Label

@Pecky   I gave in against my better judgement and ordered a sweater from Hope Love World whatever. It didn't fit amd cost $5.50 to get it here and $8.95 to return it. Now I remember why I am never again purchasing anything from here.

Re: New Return Policy Using Label

Those dual return labels just confuse my carriers. Twice UPS insisted I needed to go to the P.O. as they couldn't take it. One time I put a small item in the mailbox and a note said it was UPS.

I wouldn't even begin to try and get a immediate refund. Things sit in P.O.s.  Immediate tracking? Maybe if one has a tech updated P.O. but small towns are lucky to get deliveries out.

Luckily only have a handful of returns due to Qs mistakes, damage, or defects. I dont order many clothing items any more.

If you use the return label and drop it off at the post office, they now will refund you immediately once the item starts tracking.  I did this yesterday and a few hours later I got the email saying I was refunded.

Using the Narvar return system saves you the step of emailing us at QVC Easy Returns! The system will handle everything automatically. Of course, if you have a return that is not initiated through the Narvar system, we are happy to assist.
If you have any questions, just reach out to Customer Service at 800.367.9444. Customer Service is available 7 days a week from 7am–1am ET.

What is the Navar system?  I use the label I print from online. Is that it?  I had to call QVC c.s. just yesterday to get my refund released when they already had my item for 2 weeks!!

@Beammeupscotty Yes, that is what I did. I went to my order and start return went through the steps and then printed my label. I dropped it off at the post office and in two hours I had my refund.  Maybe this new way just started this week.

Thank you Pecky.  I have been doing it that way for a while now.  I appreciate your letting us know that now it might mean faster returns $!

I always am careful when filling out the return form online to check the correct box.  Which carrier I want and UPS or USPS and even the correct UPS location.  The label I print has to be over the top of the original label on their packaging.  Hope this helps.

i received an order last week that was practically destroyed and i printed out the QVC return label, but i have to take it to UPS.

Yes it works for UPS.  You just have to be careful when you are filling out the return paperwork online that you specify WHICH UPS location you are going to use.

I learned that lesson the hard way.  You must specify which UPS location you are going to use.

@sunshine45  I took a package back to UPS today and by the time I got home the refund was issued. It will take about another 3 to 4 days to get back to my credit card.

Does this mean I can't just drop it in the mailbox?

@Judaline You can still drop it off in the mailbox.  Once it is scanned from USPS or UPS which ever one you chose it will show the tracking and within a few hours you should get notice.

I don't think that's entirely correct.  I use my office pickup (where the UPS and USPS drivers come to our office daily) and since the form makes you pick a physical location, I just choose the first one on the list.  Same with the USPS choice.  It hasn't made a difference.
