With all these new hosts starting, it makes sense now why QVC asked Mary Beth to postpone her retirement until March.  I'm sure she's helping to train and mentor some of these new hosts.

But there's more -- QVC is not just on the main channel or even QVC 2 with LIVE shows anymore.  They're doing regularly scheduled live selling on TikTok -- Steve Doss has his LIVE show every Wednesday (sometimes Fridays) on TikTok.  

Hosts are doing a lot of video selling and special presentations of items not shown in shows on QVC's live streaming channel.

QVC is not just the one QVC channel anymore.

Very interesting @Caaareful Shopper .   I didn't know Steve Doss was doing a show for Tik Tok.  Good for QVC for continuing branching out to social media platforms.

Always nice to see new faces but I just wish they would go back to ONE host per show. I do not like watching the "performances" when more than one is on set.  I just don't understand WHY more than one is needed....

Tik tok?  I'm on that.  I had no idea QVC was there!  Most viewers are on the young side there.  A bit surprised that they're on that.

@songbird  True, more than half of global TikTok users are under 30.   But every demographic, even the 55+, have grown tremendously just looking at 2022 to 2024.  Plus, TikTok Store has become extremely popular.

Even former host Dan Hughes announced he took a job selling Scrub Daddy products on TikTok.

Jennifer Coffey has increased her working hours now. The hours for Q2 are very limited and most shows are on for less than 6 hours.
A lot of hosts like David on Sunday work a huge block of time and it seems Shawn is on at least 4 to 5 hours M-F.
At least I'm saving lots of money

@Parischic   I'm not sure I understand this sentence in your post.  Are you saying Jennifer's shows on QVC 2 are limited to less than 6 hours?

QVC 2 is live from 11am to midnight every day.  Some shows have hosts, and some shows are brand rep solo shows, but they're still live.

Just this week alone, the hosts on vacation are:

• Leah
• Alberti
• Steve
• Amy
• Terri (after her shows today)

Plus...

Vanessa is on maternity leave.  

Kerstin and Jennifer are still working fewer hours (even though Jennifer announced she increased her hours for October).
