Are the hosts too dumb to sell things without a product representative? It was rare during the early days of QVC for anyone help them. I know they used to have product meetings in which the hosts learned about what they were selling. Kathy Levin joked about being a troublemaker in class. When the 50 in 50 tour started, we got to meet the inventors which was extremely interesting. The Quacker Factory lady became a QVC staple.
