Re: New Presentation Format for Jewelry

If this is the norm for their shows going forward, I will not be watching QVC anymore.

It's pathetic where they are choosing to put their money and "talent" (a term I use DRIPPING with sarcasm). Geez.

I agree. I didn’t like it either.  Couldn’t see the jewelry well.  The model looked very awkward sitting side ways.  I felt sorry for her.

Thank goodness -- I was thinking for a while before posting but I see that many agree.  I've seen a couple other presentations like this, but there was always only one host.  The model always appears very uncomfortable.  Sitting while modeling jewelry is an odd choice.

The set looks more like a talk show, with the sofa and chairs around a coffee table. Home shopping's version of The View, lol.

It reminded me of the jewelry house parties that still take place.  Scott was the local rep, and he showed the merchandise.  If I want to buy, I go online.

I wish they hadn't experimented on this disaster format with a JAI show!!  Many people wait for those shows, and they totally ruined this one!!

I think this is a horrible format for jewelry presentations.  The poor model looks awkward.  What is even the focus here?  Certainly not the jewelry.  I hope this is an experiment that gets discontinued immediately.

So far I'm not impressed with this, or any of the other changes for 2019 that are designed to improve the QVC "experience." Woman Frustrated
