@ManyMeows No, that wasn't it. This host was off to the side, on her phone doing a Live chat. The times she interrupted were uncalled for. Shawn was presenting with vendors and this one would just shout out things to them from across the stage. Or walk over to them while talking. Very awkward.

I cannot watch Nancy Yoon for many reasons. Or Shawn.

I don't see anything wrong with Nancy. Seems she fits right in as far as I can tell. So far so good anyway.

Trying to mentor Nancy has made Shawn a much better host. She's finally realized how difficult it is when a host doesn't provide the information on a product, take a participating role in the program, or help with co-hosting responsibilities. It's too much work to carry the entire show!

Nancy remains an unwatchable host who is unable to communicate well and is too preoccupied with her appearance and hair to pay full attention to the show or the other people involved. Sadly she doesn't realize the show isn't about her; it takes everyone working in tandem for the program to flow smoothly.

Shawn is used to hosting shows alone; not having to carry the show for two hosts, which shows how much more responsibility Shawn has been under during the Christmas in July programs.

If anything, Nancy's lack of participation and ambition has helped Shawn 100%. For the first time in many years, I find Shawn to be one of the best hosts on QVC. She is speaking in full sentences, using great choices of the English language when describing items, very little slang or worn-out phrases, and a variety of new words have been added to her vocabulary. Her appearance has improved dramatically!

And she is genuinely kind to other QVC employees. Especially when someone needs help or mentoring. I don't see the wanna-be-everyone's BFF or trying to impress others from Shawn. She is certainly her own person (often quirky) who is happily married, adores her daughter & aging mother, and is true to her likes and dislikes in life!

I enjoy Shawn this year and find her a pleasure to watch for the first time in a very, very long time. She's finally become organized and has returned to hosting with a graceful demeanor of days gone by.
