I use Firefox and have had the same issue for two days. There is no menu at the top, no links at the bottom. I can't log in or out. I had to actually do a google search for the forum page!

 

And if I click on an item from the home page, there is no way to go back home (or anywhere) unless I hit the back button on my browser because there is no menu bar.
