i have an account, my s/o has an account, AND one of my daughters has an account......all different phone numbers attached to our accounts, but all the same address. this has been this way for a number of years now.

@ellaphant - I'm not upset at all, but apparently the free shipping offer can be used up to 15 times between now and 1/31.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

They just announced there will be a surprise for long time customers. I guess all the posts about free shipping for new customers only made a big difference.

Wow, what a surprise, no thank you. The free shipping would have been nice for over three months up to 15 purchases. I recently started shopping after a three year hiatus. Time to slow down my shopping again.
