Overlooking your customer base is a HUGE mistake. I don't usually involve myself with things of this nature...but this is insulting. Not purchasing anymore Christmas gifts here.

I just cancelled my order that I placed this morning, before hearing about this.

I'll keep my auto-ships, and maybe my advance orders (but I'm re-considering those as well).  But I'm done ordering here through the holiday season, at least.  

I shop at plenty other online retailers.
