I am o.k. with new form but items keep disappearing from my cart! they do not go to be saved for later - as before - just disappear completely.
Anyone else experiencing this? Hoping it will right itself.

Yes, I was clicking and looking for my saved items for an hour then gave up. Hate this new shopping cart/checkout

It is cumbersome, and nothing simple about it.
Awful time figuring out when to add PayPal.
Too early and the whole order vanished, too late and missed the opportunity.

That’s not the only change I’ve noticed. Today I put a pair of jeans in my cart and then immediately went to Mr. Rebates to sign in so that I could check out and still get my rebate. I do that routine often. My Mr. Rebates password is saved and it takes about 10 seconds before bringing me back to the QVC cart to check out. It then said my cart was empty. Really? After less than one minute?!? The jeans were then sold out in my size and I couldn’t get them.

This just happened to me, too, @dulwich
They were there, ready to be checked out, but when I clicked on the checkout link, they disappeared and it said, "Your shopping cart is empty," and they weren't even moved to the saved section.
I just see no reason why QVC always seems to opt for the cheapest, buggiest, and worst performing software/programs it can find.
You'd think a company this size would make better choices. Not to mention how annoying these things are to their customers.

I placed an order yesterday and noticed there was no option to pay by check. (maybe I just didn't see it)

Yes, with the "new checkout experience," I've learned that if I'm going to be shopping for more than 15 minutes or so, I add items to my cart and quickly click "Save for Later" because that manual process works as the automated process appears to be gone. Then I can still review what I wanted and add it back to the cart for checkout.
@Daysdee - The option for paying by check or money order is still there; you need to click the + in the payment section of the order summary to view all the options, and depending on your device, you may need to do some scrolling to make sure you can see the whole section.

Agree! Wish they would bring back the default option, when you don’t check out, items go to your “saved for later” section. Instead, now they just vanish and you have to go search the item(s) down again. Frustrating!!
