Never receieved my order

I ordered a Bare Escentuals kit on December 5th. It shipped December 7th. Today is the 19th. I still don't have it! Customer service won't even discuss sending out a replacement until at least the 20th. Trust me...it would have been here by now if it was going to be! Everything else I ordered along with my Good as Gold kit has been here for over a week.

I wanted this kit for Christmas! I'm not a happy customer right now....
