Why oh why? I ordered a shoe and received a different style than ordered. The item number is correct but the shoe style and description is not what was sent ... grrr!
Normally, I would just return without complaining but during this"stay at home" order, I am easily frustrated ![]()

Do telephone customer service and tell them that. I hope that you will not pay the return shipping since QVC made the mistake (I think)

@shy bobcat Using the Q return label, go on the USPS website and request a pick up. They'll come and get it at a time and place of your choice and send you a confirmation number after they pick it up. Easy

Mistakes just happen. It's a human thing, you know.....I once received shoes from Zappos and I opened the box and discovered that they'd sent the right shoe of one style and a completely different style of shoe for the left one!! Made me laugh!

I expect the people staffing the shipping departments for all companies are being pushed to the limit right now, at the same time as being worried about their own health and that of their families.
Items are pulled according to the sku number, so either someone packed the wrong shoes in that box or someone returned a pair of shoes in the wrong box.
I ordered something on the 3rd and it was on my doorstep about an hour ago, having sat in the next town over for two days. I'm still amazed at how fast they got it here and am thankful for those still working to ship things to our homes. (Haven't opened it yet: following the 24-hour rule.)
We're all going to have to learn to be a bit more patient and tolerant, while we stay safe at home.

@ScrapHappy- Better than the time I ordered a pair of winter boots from HSN!
They sent me the wrong color and those boots went back and forth about four times, with them refusing to refund me because they said they were the right color!!! How does black look like camel??? And also that I hadn't returned them within "the 30-day window". (I sent them back the day after I received them.)
No matter what I wrote on the return slip, back they came and by the fourth time the box was battered and torn.
Took seven phone calls to CS (waste of time) and a registered letter to Mindy Grossman (no reply) to finally get a refund.
Had to laugh: the final CS rep said "We do now have the color you wanted in stock. Do you still want them?" "NOOOOOOOOOO!"

I understand your frustration.
A similar situation happened to me too.... I had ordered a black sandal and the box said black but what I got was a RED sandal inside....I think mine was someones return and that customer used an old shoe box that they had on hand because they had thrown away the shoe box the red sandal came in. QVC's quality control didnt check and just gave that customer a refund on what they thought was a black sandal, and just reshipped that sandal based on what the box said without checking and looking inside it, if they had they would have seen a RED sandal that didnt match the box description and I had to deal with the return because black had sold out in my size......![]()
And this was way before the pandemic.....
And on another order I got someones Dooney purse with their invoice, -but the box had my name and mailing label on it and I had ordered a Tignanello purse---and to add insult to injury they wouldnt ship my purse until they got the Dooney back ![]()
