The voucher is missing 3 letters/numbers at the end. I learned this after a 25 minute phone call with Nespresso. The Nespresso representative could not help me. I have to call back between 9-5p eastern and ask for the financial dept. insane.

return as defective

 Please let us know what you find out.  Customers need to be able to use this voucher as described in the TSV presentation.

I contacted QVC. They opened a ticket and escalated the issue to a higher level. It will take 5 days for the ticket to be completed and closed and then I will be mailed a new voucher. I rec going the QVC route not Nespresso. I hope this helps!
