They probably want to be sure you're of legal age.

 

I usually lie when these kinds of things ask for my age.  I can be any age I want for a few seconds.  Smiley Happy

I think they need to know the demographics of who's buying from QVC.  I understand completely their need to know.  I don't see the big deal about telling them.
