I just received a Diamonique necklace I ordered. This was not an "as is" item at a reduced cost, but new - and I paid the stated price. Yet on my packaging - the return address indicated as stated: "Shipping Manager, QVC Inc. Returns Department". Does this mean I received someone's "return"? I did not order a returned "as is" item. I purchased (and thought I was getting) a "new" necklace. Is this common? Normal? Or not right? I was going to, and still may, call customer service but I'm thinking I will be told that this is perfectly normal. Thanks.

Are you sure that is just  the return label in case you would return it?  If you get an "as-is" item, there would be a paper inside your package telling you that and also when you order, it would tell you that you are ordering an "as-is" item to make you aware.  Blessings

It seems like that was a return and it should have been an "as is" at a reduced price.

@Lela

I apologize as this has caused many of our customers to think they received a return. It is just the address printed for purposes of a return (return your own way) Sorry for the confusion and hope you enjoy the necklace!

@Lela  As per your request, "It's perfectly normal".  It's just the return address for undeliverable mail.

It was meant to help QVC get undeliverable packages to the right place.
