Need help from Moderators

@Barbara-QVC,  @Wayne-QVC @Susan-QVC @Kim-QVC @Beth-QVC  I have not been able to order any item on QVC that comes in various colors. When I click on the color choice it does not "hold". I am using Safari. But I have been able to place the orders on my iPhone .... which also uses Safari. Don't have this problem with any other website.

I am so sorry @Boehm Collector. Try clearing your cookies and try changing browsers to see if that helps.

Hi @Anonymous ....  I cleared my cookies.   It did not solve the problem.  Only have Safari as my browser.   I know I am not the only one having this problem.

I have had this happen many times as well.

When you click on the color, it does not hold.

I also have to click repeatedly for a different color to appear at all.

 

I have only found any of the problems I have with QVC, solely with the QVC website so clearing of cookies, changing browser etc. never helps because the problem does not come from an individual computer, laptop etc.

It is a problem with the QVC website.

I have the same problem. It must have something to do with safari.

Not just safari.

I'm not using safari and I have the same problem a lot.

And if it is not on any other website, then you know it is a QVC webite problem so deleting cookies etc, will not help.

i have an ipad air 2 and iphone updated to the latest version of ios 12.  i use the website and safari on the ipad and no problems.  no issues using th3 iphone app either.

@Boehm Collector.   You might want to download another browser to use "just in case".  It's free and takes little effort.  I have 3 and have used them all from time to time when my favorite gets "wonky".  This way you don't get stuck unable to do anything.
