Need address for escalation of Customer Service issue

Does anyone have one? I need to take this to corporate and can't seem to come up with an address for them. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.

Customer Service is refusing to pay the shipping to return defective merchandise. I already escalated this to a supervisor with the same outcome.

I don't understand this. I've been a customer for years and have rarely returned anything, probably less than you can count on one hand, and have never asked for free return shipping on anything before. I can't believe that this is now QVC policy. They treated me like I was their #1 dead-beat customer and I felt like I was talking to a wall.

Any help you can give me with an address will be appreciated. I prefer not to have a phone number for fear the calls are routed right back to the regular CS lines.
