• ▢ 1/3 cup soy sauce
• ▢ 1/4 cup rice vinegar
• ▢ 2 tbspgranulated sugar
• ▢ 2 tbsp sesame oil
• ▢ 3 clove garlic minced
• ▢ 1 tbsp fresh ginger (chopped) I buy this is a tube so I always have some
• ▢ 1/4 tsp black pepper
• ▢ 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

• While the potstickers are cooking, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and peppers in a glass dish and microwave until warm. Alternatively, heat over low heat in a small sauce pot.
• Serve the potstickers with the dipping sauce.

@Southern Classy   I find the sauce that comes with takeout dumplings a bit spicy. I mix low salt soy sauce and a drop of toasted almond oil. Perfect!

Thank you so much for posting!  I am new to the pot stickers at Q and I had no idea on the dipping sauces.  Thanks again Lindie
