In what way are they "looser" hosts?

She tried so hard.  I will miss her. Several years ago when I was upset because I needed a breast biopsy I reached out to her and she was wonderful to me.  She helped me through this.  I will always be grateful to her.

I think she and Katie McGee were among the most professional, kindest and upbeat hostesses. But they don't ask my opinion.

Agree with you but may I add Gabriele Kerr always felt those host were so professional with a few others that have been on the Q for a long time. Really enjoyed watching some more then others in later years .

Wish Nancy health and happiness in what life brings her, very sincere was always how I felt when she was presenting ,hope it was not pink slip time  at the Q again.

Maybe “looser” is a nicer way of saying crass and unprofessional.

Most companies lay off people that are not performing (sales).  That is the bottom line.  If the Q has vendors sellling their own products without a host, let the layoffs begin.

Absolutely right @Katcat1 .  Everyone keeps saying how nice she was but corporate doesn't care about that.  It's all about the money.  They may have sales quotas they must meet and if they don't they are gone.

If she resigned, she would have talked about leaving for family reasons.
