l just tried to use it but could not. Said one or two things were not met. Used my own credit card for the KG TSV listed in deals.

Has anyone had this problem. I used the 20%off for a pair of earrings but I returned them because they were so tiny not as expected. That was a few weeks ago. Has anyone returned a coupon item, I thought maybe it was reinstated in my account but I tried to use it yesterday and the item was denied.

If there was something wrong with the earrings,

Ie received broken or sent wrong item, etc etc

They might re Instate the discount promo. I’ve had it done before.

Thank You. The funny part of it is today I received an e-mail from QVC and it had the coupon for 25% off with the Q card and 20% off without the card TISTHESAVINGS the It is good til 10/14 That has to be a mistake. I tried to use it any way and it was denied. I will try to call customer Service tomorrow. But when their is free shipping the lines are usually jammed.

I called Customer Service early this morning and got through after 5 minutes. The Associate told me if you use your 20% coupon and return the item you loose your coupon. I told her I received an e-mail Sunday morning for 20% with the same code but it expired 10/14 she said that was a mistake it expired 12/14, So I purchased my slippers and used the new coupon. It can only be used once. Very Happy
