I've had LATE deliveries once in a while but this is the first time I've missed an order.
I've also been receiving the "Unfortunately......." notice.
In spite of the holiday crush and business closings, QVC has come through by sending out my order a second time (my choice).
Unfortunately, the second order has also shipped with "Unfortunately........." and no tracking information.
Hopefully I'll see my order by the end of this week.
