There are many products I look up online and there are no videos to give additional information. This is especially important for clothing to judge fit. It’s more important for jewelry to see the actual size of an earring, how wide a ring looks on a finger or hear an item described since so many details are left out of the written descriptions.

Do the videos help you decide in purchasing an item?

Yes, because I seldom watch QVC so like to see how the item fits on the models.

@wishmoon   Same here. I wonder why the video option has been deleted. I’ve noticed it’s on mostly new items. Maybe they’re just not going to post them anymore. Well, that keeps me from purchasing anything!!

If its a product Im interested in I usually watch live, but sometimes I like to read the reviews and watch the video if I've missed a live presentation.....

I think the videos do help when it comes to clothes....Example, I noticed that even on slim and trim Nancy a D&C top hugged her stomach area...if it does that on an XXS it's definitely not a top I want in a medium size......

Videos are invaluable!  You get a much better idea of color, scale and more when you can view the video.  In fact, there was a new set of Temptations bowls that must have just aired  but has no video!  And, I'd really like to see the colors in the tv presentation (because the color I wanted is now sold out and I'm really unsure about the other choices based on the web site photo).  This applies to all categories ... I even use the QVC youtube videos to compare colors etc from former presentations.
