To All Q Did What Regulars-
There is a new poll (different than the one posted earlier) this one asks for Top 5 suggestions on improving the Forums....Look beneath the picture that says TOP 5 if you click if will take you to a survey to leave suggestions. You can have QVC contact you or not by email.
One I had is bring back spell check....
Although this isn't actually part of this poll I would like to put -Listen to our suggestions on programming/products....
Any suggestions here's your chance....

Spurt, the survey is closed now.

The survey was open when I clicked on the URL in Spurt's message.
Here is my 2 cents worth.
1. Make people grow up and respect everyone's opinions (yikes, even those with whom they disagree). Yes, that's sarcasm but it's really the only thing that bugs me.
2. Allow one sign-in that works for shopping and forums...so we can flip back and forth without having to log in on each side.
3. Have Q Corporate take note of the repeated and repeated and repeated concerns and respond directly (no beating around the bush and no PC talk). People often feel like they are talking to a brick wall and it would help to get honest, straight-forward, responses.
4. Don't allow people to report others. Unless someone is stalking or threatening someone, there is no need to report anyone.
5. Offer a last ditch option in case someone really, truly, needs to report someone (for something more than disagreeing with them).

It was open when I posted it the link. I just clicked the link now and I got a message that survey was completed, since I already posted my comments and submitted my survey. You can only do the survey once, which is a good thing.

Hey Calmin....
You make valid points.
Especially on your #1--I don't know why people open a thread when they know its something that will upset them (ie comments about hosts, products, vendors etc)....or they attack posters who give any sort of criticism about QVC .....just move on folks! ...And as I stated in another thread....the hosts/vendors don't need any "defenders" ...these hosts/vendors are adults, and aware that social media will bring all kinds of comments --- good and bad...it comes with their territory....And I don't think a host will lose their job if a QVC poster made a negative comment about them on a forum...
I especially like your ideas on the multiple nic thing for ease in shopping and posting, and to stop people from using multiple nics to troll the boards.
And just like Katie's reply went poof-and from what she said she wrote nothing flaming, we can only surmise why, she should be able to get a valid reason why...

Yep, nothing flaming in my post unless they don't like the person in the Oval Office. All I did was say he presented the Medal of Honor to one of our undergraduate students last week, a young Marine who saved his buddy's life by falling on a hand grenade.
Now, what is bad about that? THAT should make you proud! Or saying I wish someone would buy me shoes every 2 months like I do for my horses? (I should be so lucky
).
I like Calmintheheart's suggestion that Corporate respond to our ongoing discussions, particularly about the boring and repetitive programming. Also, regarding her first suggestion, we should be able to give our opinion about a product, even if it is negative, without "fear" of retaliation from rabid fans of the product - and you know who I mean.....
And SPURT, yes for spell check! Drives me nuts to read some of the product reviews when you know the misspelled words are not just typos. We all make typos! I think texting is wrecking the ability of people to spell and write correctly.
Just my opinion.
