Just checking on Tracking, two items are due December 26 for my two daughters and then I ordered a Tarte trio for my granddaughters and a wallet for grandson, the orders are not there at all. I guess I will have to call customer service. I'm very disappointed I thought I was done.

@KACEE1115 : I'm sorry how this terrible shipping is being felt by your family. Next year do Amazon (faster and cheaper, also great selection).

@KACEE1115 - Do you mean that you cannot see your orders on the Order Status page? Or that the orders have not arrived yet?
If you received email confirmations of your orders, I think you can be pretty certain that they were placed. If your meaning is that you simply cannot see the orders online, you may want to try clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser; the site sometimes has issues that cause the customer to apply adjustments in order to make things work properly. Oh my gosh I'm so sorry, these were in my saved card I never finished my order. That will teach me. I think I remember now I had them in the cart and then got a phone call. What a dummy.

There's no way somebody is not going to be disappointed because QVC orders did not arrive in time for Christmas. If you must buy from the Q, do your shopping when they have Christmas in July.
