My gratitude to Julie in the QVC Corp. Office...

I recently had an unpleasant and disappointing QVC experience. I contacted customer service to let them know my concern. The customer service rep. was wonderful and even suggested I contact the corp. office to let them know. I almost did not, but decided that if I did it might help prevent others from a similar experience (probably not, but worth a try I thoughtSmile) so I did so today and spoke with Julie. She was wonderful, caring, concerned and, for lack of a better term in these days of often cold and impersonal iteractions, real. Though I thanked her, I just wanted to put it "out there" about the two positive experiences I had with QVC representatives. Once again, many thanks.

I don't really feel a lot of "love" for the Q just now (but wanted to post this somewhere with a more positive feel than the "Q Did What" forum), and may not be back, but wanted to comment on my positive experiences...and the gratitude I do have for the representatives who made me feel that my concerns were important - at least to them. (Seems as if customer service and concern is often the exception these days...not the norm.)

I hope the help they offered me comes back to them in some way. (And sorry I don't have the first customer service reps. name.)

I know this is an odd post, but feel that if I am going to contact to complain, I should also be thankful for the help and positive responses received and acknowledge them.

Hoping you are all experiencing a wonderful spring!
