Has anyone else lost all the info on the account? I can log in but there is no history at all.
No orders, no payment saved. I've had this account for 20 years.
I keep getting payments taken out form EZ pay so I know they have it.
I tried to use the chat and it won't work. What's up?

@Veebee34 This happened to me a few months ago. After almost a week I finnaly called CS and for some reason my entire account had been deleted by Q by mistake. If your order history and favorites do not come up in a day or so you should call CS. Good luck.
