My Product Review Was Rejected

I received the Dooney pink tote on clearance and it was very poor quality. In my product review I questioned how this item got past quality assurance. I guess you're not suppose to do that when you review a product. All of the reviews were very positive, while I know others on the Dooney forum have complained that they also received a damaged bag like this. Maybe they're passing the same bad bag around to all of us{#emotions_dlg.ohmy}

They let you post when cs does a great job when they help you with an item. Seems conficting to me.
