Am I missing something ?? I purchased my pillow about a amonth ago. I just can't get use to it. I have been waking up with headaches and some stiffness. Do they always stay lumpy?? Any feedback would be great. It's too late to return them.

The clumpy lumpy feel of the fibers is permanently there. I have a My Pillow which is almost four years old and it feels the same as when it was new. Fortunately, I liked the feeling of the cushy fibers, but in your case if this isn't to your liking, you may never adjust to the feel of My Pillow. I would double check the purchase date to be exact about the timeframe you have had the pillow. If it is a month-- even a few days beyond-- I suggest calling QVC to speak with customer service about returning the pillow.

Because it's made of pieces of foam, yes, it will always be lumpy. I can't feel them when I put my head on it, though; the lumps don't bother me. I love MyPillow. For me, the firm ( with more filling) is better than the medium fill. I like ke that I can plump it back up by putting it in the dryer a few minutes.a

@Momofdogs I sent mine back after one week..... I have upper back and neck issues and thought it would be helpful. Instead it made my neck WORSE.
I ended up buying Tony Littles pillows on HSN. THEY ARE A GODSEND!!. I ordered two of those and they are the very best pillows. You might want to check them out! ![]()

I've been using mine for about 2 years and like it. You really need to mush it to meet you needs, you can't expect to just put your head on it and have it be immediately comfortable. But that being said, certain pillow cases made that mushing hard to do. They were a little bit narrow and caused me not to be able to mush it where it fitted my head or neck the best. I switched to a satin pillow case which solved the problem for me.

I love my pillow. I have had them for a few years. I put a high count pillow case on and it helps with the lumpy feeling. My pillow case is very dense and it really helps.

I received mine last week and I will probably send it back. I watched the demonstration and do all that is suggested, but I find that there is more to making it conform to you than I thought I saw when the models were doing it. I move around, sometimes laying on my back, sometimes on my sides. So I feel like I am continually adjusting the pillow.
I got the medium/hard. Since the medium is giving me problems with adjusting to suit my needs, I'm quite sure the hard wouldn't be better. But it is fine as a "regular" pillow, just leaving it without adjusting.
Some years ago when I had a lot of neck problems, the physical therapist recommended a buckwheat pillow. Similar to the old bean bags, it is much easier to adjust and mold to your neck/head than these pellets in the My Pillow.
The only reason I put it away for about a year is that my neck greatly improved and the pillow was VERY heavy to move around. Not the insides of it, which you can take out as much as you want to more finely tune it to your concerns; just picking up the whole thing is quite heavy.
Once my neck problems went away, I put the pillow away. I purchased it online from some company in Texas, I believe. It came in a burlap bag. I put the buckwheat particles in another encased pillow cover that zipped, scoping in as much/little as I wanted. Then added a satin pillow case, which allowed for moving the insides around much easier. Threw the burlap covering away. Am sure that was just for shipping it.
If anyone is interested, you can just google buckwheat pillows. I am sure there are a lot of companies online. The place where I got mine charged around $80 for it, but well worth it.
Well, I've just talked myself into going back to that buckwheat pillow! LOL!

I bought the My Pillow TSV several months ago. Based on what they said, I bought the set of two "firm" (think that's what they called it).
My DH loves his; I didn't like mine at all. No matter what I did, I couldn't get it to be comfortable and I woke up with terrible neck and shoulder aches. My DH's experience was exactly the opposite - for the first time in years, he wasn't waking up with those same aches and pains!
So, go figure. It works for some people, not for others. I couldn't send them back because he really loved his, so now he's got one and a spare.
I ended up buying a Serta gel pillow and guess what? I love that! So we're both happy.

What a shame to pay so much for a pillow and then not care for it. I couldn't buy a pillow online - have to see and feel it in person first.

I agree! But evidently an awful lot of people don't need to feel the pillow first. That My Pillow guy is all over the place with ads these days. Radio, TV and print advertising!
