I don't return or exchange much, but the exchanges I did do went well, except for my last one which was 2 weeks ago. I ordered a C. Wonder pouch and the zipper was defective. I called CS to make sure they had more in stock and informed them I was returning for a new one. I completed the form and noted defective - exchange for same item. I received an email yesterday saying they received my refund, sorry I wasn't happy and they are returning my money. After all of this time I do not even want to call CS and tell them it was supposed to be an exchange.
