@Suzeecat Your return label story brought back a funny memory that happened to my sister about 10 years ago. It wasn't about a return, but rather a delivery from QVC. Back then my sister (and I) used to order a lot more than we do today. Because the UPS/USPS men would be deliverying several packages to her house, she lost track of what she had ordered and what was yet to be delivered.

It was a very cold day in January and unbeknownst to my sister, the UPS man delivered a sweater that she ordered in those plastic bags that the Q use. He must have placed the bag close to one of the bushes that flank her front entrance way and it lodged between the step and the bush. My sister apparently didn't see the package as she entered the house from the driveway/garage side. That night we had a bad snow storm and the package got covered in tons of snow. As the winter progressed, more snow and ice, until finally the spring thaw..

Yup! There in late March was the package she had totally forgotten she ordered. I happened to be at her house the day we found it on her front step between the step and the bush. We both couldn't stop laughing. Best of all, the sweater in the bag was dry and fine!

I did it once years ago. I ordered something for my mother and it didn't fit. We were rushing around on my last day in town and dropped it off at a UPS store (before smart post). My mother called a couple days later and said she got a box and it looks like the one we shipped.

Thanks Ladies, it's nice to know I'm not the only one who makes "dumb" mistakes. We're only human after all! It was fun to read your stories. I got an email today from Q saying that they did (finally!) receive my return and refunded my account. All is well with the world.
