Mr. Rebates

For years, I've submitted my purchases to Mr. Rebates and have gotten my rebates like clockwork. Suddenly about the middle of December this stopped, and despite a number of purchases on BOTH HSN and QVC, my rebates ceased. Anyone else having trouble? I purchased Bob Mackie yesterday and it's not on my Mr. Rebates account.

I found that I need to have an empty shopping cart when logging into Mr Rebates. For some reason, some retailers don't send through the rebate info to Mr Rebates if there is something in the cart. I just put them in my wish list or write down the item number and put them into my cart after going through Mr Rebates. That seemed to help me.

Mr Rebates has quite a bit of my money that I did not take and today I cannot even get on their website. Have they closed down?
