I have twice now tried to return 2 Mr Christmas items only to be told they are no longer returnable. They were purchased during the time when returns can be pomade til the end of January. Mr Christmas didn't have many shows this year. I am wondering if they are leaving QVC

@padraig.  Something is wrong here.  If you made the purchase on or after September 22nd., they should be eligible to return.  When did you make the purchase?

It wouldn't surprise me if they left QVC, the items were mostly junk.

Sorry you got stuck with yours.

Were they marked no return when you bought them? I thought defective items were still returnable.

@padraig Send an email to the Social Team at:

QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

Give them ALL the info: DATE of purchase, price, you name, what you were told by CS. everthing.

They are pretty good at handling things like this.

I love Mr Christmas items and don't consider them junk at all.   They remind me of my childhood and precious memories of my parents.

Wal-Mart "in store" and online now has Mr. Christmas.

Both QVC and HSN still have a lot online.

Don't think it's going anywhere. It's their 90th anniversary.

There are a lot of Mr. Christmas items on the search bar. When did you you purchase and were these "not returnable" items? What were the items?

Were these "as is" items which I believe are not returnable?

@padraig Were the items "blowout clearance" or "Final Sale" items?  Those items cannot be returned.

If you bought during Christmas in July or as Kachina624 said, September 22nd onward, they should be returnable.

@fthunt  Ever hear of "to each their own."   Maybe something you like would be considered junk. Think about it.
