Mon/Fri Morning Show watchers - I have a question about something

There is a dark haired model named Angela. Why does Pat call her Mrs. Angela? Jackie is married but she doesn't say Mrs. Jackie. There are other married models but she only calls Angela - Mrs. Angela. Is that a way of speaking from that area of the country?
