@Beth-QVC  Sent e mail with details of 3 items Q had shipped for merchandise credits to my a/c - hopefully it arrives electricity very erratic here had to use husband’s computer but sent it to address you gave me.

 

Post office about 15 miles from our evacuation ‘home’ confirmed today will hold mail for our home area but no packages.  Hopefully three items Q mailed will be returned to you.

Totally agree with all the stress to have Beth at Q step in, offer advice and handle one little problem was so very helpful.  Big thank you to Beth and Q.
